The oral history seems to be an incomplete curation. There were many programs left out of that adventurous age in video narrowcast expression. One of which is mine: Videowave. My program was a music-arts program that covered everything non-mainstream over the years. And its still on the air 250+ programs later. www.facebook.com/Videowave
